1. Platform Overview

WinnerPip is a trading competition platform that provides automated trade monitoring, rule evaluation, and leaderboard services for trading challenges. By using WinnerPip, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use WinnerPip or participate in any challenge. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in trading activities in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

When you register for a challenge, you provide your MT5 account number, server, and investor (read-only) password. This gives the platform read-only access to view your trade history. WinnerPip cannot execute trades, modify orders, or withdraw funds from your account.

4. Challenge Rules

Each challenge has a specific set of rules defined by the challenge creator. Trades that violate these rules will have their profits removed from your qualified balance. Losses from rule-violating trades still count. The system evaluates rules automatically and the leaderboard reflects qualified performance only.

5. Transparency and Trade Visibility

For fairness, all participants' trading history is visible to other participants through the leaderboard during the challenge. This includes trade symbol, direction, lot size, timing, profit, and any rule violations. This allows everyone to verify that results are legitimate. Only your nickname is shown, not your account number or personal information.

By registering for a challenge, you consent to your trade history being visible to other participants for the duration of the challenge and in the final results.

6. Disqualification

Participants may be disqualified for exceeding deposit limits, recharging their account during a challenge, failing to meet minimum trading requirements, or other rule violations. Disqualification decisions are made automatically by the evaluation system based on the defined rules.

7. Hosted Challenges (Third-Party)

WinnerPip hosts challenges on behalf of third-party challenge organizers. For hosted challenges (those marked "Hosted by" on the platform):

• WinnerPip provides the technical platform only (trade monitoring, evaluation, leaderboard).
• Prizes and rewards are delivered by the challenge host, not by WinnerPip or BirrForex.
• WinnerPip and BirrForex are not responsible for prize delivery, disputes, or claims related to hosted challenges.
• Any disputes regarding prizes or challenge terms should be directed to the challenge host.

8. BirrForex Challenges

Challenges created directly by BirrForex (not marked as "Hosted by") are organized, funded, and managed by BirrForex. Prize delivery for BirrForex challenges is handled by the BirrForex team.

9. No Financial Advice

WinnerPip is a competition platform and does not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. Participation in challenges involves real trading risk. Trade responsibly and only with capital you can afford to lose.

10. Limitation of Liability

WinnerPip and BirrForex are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or financial damages arising from your participation in challenges. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the platform is limited to the amount you paid to use the service (if any).

You acknowledge that trading forex and CFDs carries significant risk of loss and that challenge participation is entirely at your own risk.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WinnerPip, BirrForex, and their operators from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, your trading activity, or your violation of these terms.

12. Fair Play

Any attempt to manipulate results, use multiple accounts, exploit system vulnerabilities, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate disqualification and permanent ban from the platform.

13. Account Termination

WinnerPip reserves the right to suspend or terminate any user account, challenge participation, or host account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Users may also withdraw from challenges at any time by contacting support.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on WinnerPip (including design, logos, text, code, and features) is the intellectual property of BirrForex. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

15. Third-Party Services

WinnerPip integrates with third-party services including MT5 brokers and payment providers. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services. Your use of broker platforms is governed by their own terms.

16. Platform Availability

WinnerPip strives for continuous uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or broker outages may temporarily affect data updates. The platform is not liable for missed trades or delayed evaluations caused by factors outside its control.

17. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
